So, I am a scout leader again this year and one of the things we need to do is create fun ideas for games and teachings. Now that Halloween is almost here, we need to have a Halloween party. However, I am not sure what I should do this year. In the past we have done the typical haunted house where we have spaghetti as brains, grapes for eyes, dry ice, and so on. I need some new ideas. If you can please help me out that would be fantastic! 🙂 I just want a change from the typical. Our scout meeting is Thursday so I need ideas fast. Also, if anyone was wondering I am in the 84th Cubs in Regina, Sk.
Thanks,
Justin
Will think about it, but as an aside where is the 84th? My son and husband are involved in the 83rd.
Norman view. The north west end of the city. Kelly Geissler is my father. And I believe I know your group, it’s Dean right?
Dean Holroyd is the “big guy” around here; he’s a friend of ours and I know his family very well! This is my husband’s (Grant) first year as a leader with my son in his first year of Scouts but we’ve been involved since first year Beavers.
Have you seen this site?: http://blog.imaginetoys.com/2011/10/24/throw-the-best-halloween-party-ever/ Cool stuff: got it from @TheConsultantsE which is another thing that Shelly Terrell is part of.
OH! I think I know who you mean, sorry:p I just know Dean from scouts and soccer so he’s the first I think of there. But scouts as a whole is just wonderful and it gets better when you are actually in scouts. Hopefully I will see you all at some camps. We host the winter camp at Dallas valley which can be very fun. 🙂 Scouts sleep outside.
Anyways, thanks for the website I will check it out.:)
